If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily offer you a full refund or replace the item with a different product from our range. Delivery charges apply and are non-refundable.
Items returned for exchange or refund must be new, unused and swing tickets attached.
To return your goods, please securely package your item into a post bag, use a registered post to track delivery and include the following:
If you are exchanging an item, please include instructions as to what size or style you would like to have your item exchanged with. Please include a spare ‘post bag’ for return delivery or if you prefer us to arrange delivery we can contact you for payment.

If your item is damaged, please email us as soon as possible. Please do not just return the items as we may need to get additional information from you.
For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, a fee of $20 will apply for repacking and postage.
If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.

Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order via email.
All our styles advertised should be in stock. Very occasionally we may unexpectedly run out of a style and if this happens, we will refund you. If the item is due to come in within the week, we will ship your order the same day our stock arrives. Any later, you will be notified and refunded.
