INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
We ship worldwide! Estimation of delivery for your location is available once you input your address before checkout. In rare cases, shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary from country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information. RETURNS
At Bluesalt Beachwear we know that buying childrens swimwear online can be difficult due to the different sizes and styles available.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily offer you a full refund or replace the item with a different product from our range. Delivery charges apply and are non-refundable.
Items returned for exchange or refund must be new, unused and swing tickets attached.
To return your goods, please securely package your item into a post bag, use a registered post to track delivery and include the following:
- Detailed note as to the reasons of the return
- Copy of the receipt
- Instructions as to whether you would like a refund or an exchange
If you are exchanging an item, please include instructions as to what size or style you would like to have your item exchanged with. Please include a spare ‘post bag’ for return delivery or if you prefer us to arrange delivery we can contact you for payment.
Please fill out the below Returns Form and Return item with this Form.
If your item is damaged, please email us as soon as possible. Please do not just return the items as we may need to get additional information from you.
For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, a fee of $10 will apply for repacking and postage.
If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order via email.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All our styles advertised should be in stock. Very occasionally we may unexpectedly run out of a style and if this happens, we will refund you. If the item is due to come in within the week, we will ship your order the same day our stock arrives. Any later, you will be notified and refunded.
